Warranty conditions

This product comes with a 10 year manufacturers guarantee, Terms and conditions apply and our stated below.  
The warranty on this bath covers CHARLOTTE EDWARDS products and does not extend to products outside the range
The warranty only applies to defects which have arisen solely from faulty materials or workmanship in the products and does not apply to other defects which may have ocured as a result of, without limitation to the following;

•    Accidental damage
•    Misuse
•    Maltreatment
•    Abnormal stress or strain
•    Harsh or adverse weather conditions
•    Excessive water pressure or tempreture
•    Neglect of condition
•    Alterations and Repairs by the consumer
•    The use of non-genuine parts or accessories not developed or recommend by Charlotte Edwards Baths.

The warranty for the product commences from the Date of Purchase/invoicing by CHARLOTTE EDWARDS or it’s parent company Tek-mania Distribution Ltd.
This warranty does not hold Charlotte Edwards Baths or Tek-mania Ltd accoutable for any of the transit/postage costs that result from a claim being made.

Warranty Claims

To make a claim the following information must be sent or emailed to the contact information listed at the bottom of the page.
1.    Proof of purchase (POP)
2.    Details of the seller the product was purchased from
3.    Details of the issue the product has developed
4.    Your contact details

This warranty will be considered void for the following reasons

•    Inability to provide POP
If:
•    Products are not installed by a licensed plumber
•    Products are not installed to relevant standards
•    Not installed in accordance with manufacturers installation instructions
•     Fair wear and tear, inluding scatches from cleaning
•    Non approved modfications to the product
•    Product used for incorrect applications
•    Problems caused by water supply
